BSNL Prepaid Mobile # 9426433528
Unauthorised deduction from my mobile # 9426433528 account balance

Dear Sir,

Since lst Nov. unauthorised deductions are being made by the BSNL from my Prepaid Mobile # 9426433528 I am requesting to call ceneter frequently for unwanted deduction. Customer call center is not responding since then and deductions are continue. I want to know the authorities where I could request for stopping such deduction and also for refund towards such deductions.
