Balance lost

On 24 nov at nearby 10 PM, 5 rs. are debited from my mobile (Mob. no. 7597648449) while I am sending a STD messege. although I have STD & Local SMS pack. They doesn't give me any sufficient answer about my complaint & cut the phone line.
