Exhausting of amount

I had above Rs. 3000/- in my mobile last November. My outgoing calls were very restricted. I should have balance about Rs.- and above. But without my knowledge the amount has been deducted for services or something else. I would like the loss be recovered and credited into my mobile ID. I feel, I am getting cheated by BSNL. Please do something to restore my confidence in BSNL mobile services.
