I have been duped of 6 lakhs by this firm Business Info solutions having office in Delhi and Mumbai. They take a high Upfront fees for giving a Form filling project. They don't give any help on acheiving quality because they don't want you to pass your quality test! They purposely don't give any hint on Quality required. They simply dodge us by giving less time to complete the work and reject all our work by giving quality poor as the reason. If we ask for 15 days rework time they give us 7 days to beat us. They dont pay back the 50% Upfront fees back any time as per agreement. When they don't have good quality issues to reject our work, they start looking at purposefully created errors like XXX @ aol.com has to be [email protected] just because it is like that in the image!! OR "CA" for california has to be "ca" just because few cases it is like that in the image. Also they find out errors such as sixty five Dollars in place sixty five dollars as if two spaces between sixty five is a big error!! It is very clear that these errors are purposely kept just to deceive you! Once rejected they don't even take the phone calls because they are in a hurry to look for next person to be fooled.
