Not receiving the statement of account

Dear Sir,

I am an NRI, and i had requested for my statement of accounts with Canara Bank East masi street for the past one month. In spite of my incessant requests, i am not being attended to. Being in dubai, i dunno what to do and how to go about. If I can get the regional bank manager of the General manager incharge of madurai regiion. it would facilitate me to be in touch with him and take up this matter with him.
