ATM card (Debit) issue

Sir.

Last 25/08/10 i have a complaint that debit of Rs.3000/- on my account no 1093101087103.I had accessed the IOB ATM ID-9219 Vivekanandha college campus Br. I have complainted through post, mail and through letter to both the IOB Bank and Canara banks. But still i dint get any procedures this is the 13th day after complaining i am lacking hope please lend the money back to my account.
