Reimbursment of deducted money

Dear Sir,

I tried to withdraw money from Indian Bank ATM (three times) located at Ashok Nagar, Nr. Rajmahal Squire, Bhubaneshwar (Orissa) on dated 15th October between 2 pm to 4 pm. No money came out, machine was showing: “Please wait your transaction is being processed”. Then I had tried to another transaction from Canara Bank ATM in same day at evening, I came to know that Rs.30, 000.00 which has not come out from the machine have also been deducted. I contacted the Indian Bank next day, when it opened and they told me to contact to the bank branch from where the ATM (Debit Card) has been issued.

In this regard, I have given an application to the Manager, Canara Bank, 34 B, Research House, Commercial Centre, Saket, New Delhi - 110017 (my account branch) on dated 21st October. The Manager told that the problem will be solved with in 12 to 15 days but till now I have not received my deducted money.

I request to you please take necessary action and reimburse my deducted amount at the earliest.
