Recently i got a call telling the information about credit card security. They told e that i have to fill up the form which they were going to send me by courier. During the conversation it was not specifically mentioned that this call was going to cost me 1495 rupees! After two days my account balence decreased by Rs 1495. Sir i have not approved this transaction. Further; as payment can be debited via a phone call, it can not be cancelled via phone? I have called customer care but they gave me number 60004000 which also is not able to help me. Today i received the letter from kotak bank saying that bank is not responsible for these complaints. Then why did bank gave our contact numbers to CPP assistance Pvt Ltd? Sir i feel that I have been looted. Through this letter i request you to credit back my money.
