NON RECEIPT OF KYC CONFIRMATION

I have applied for KYC on 13/1 thru Reliance Mutual Fund Office Patna. But till date no confirmation received and the message shows 'PRESENT IN PROCESS-DOCUMENT YET TO RECEIVE'. My PAN NO. is ADEPJ9096J. Due to non receipt of KYC I could not transact my mutual fund accounts. Kindly verify my KYC documents and confirm and do the needful.
