This is to inform you that we have a corporate A/c being number 127405000008 in your bank at Jodhpur Park Branch. It is observed that sometimes the DD/Cheque in favor of us is bounced by your RPC office, the reason of which is not at all correct. While the matter is brought to the notice of the concern person with cogent grounds/documents, they complied and credited the amount to our A/c. As a result we are feeling very much embarrassing for such repeated occurrence which is not at all desirable from your esteemed bank. In this context we would like to state that if such occurrence is happened in future, there will be no other way but to think otherwise.
