Old ATM Lost problem to get New one

Sir,

Namaskar.

I have a Joint saving a/c with my Father in Central Bank of India Branch - Nalagarh H.P my a/c No. is 1675814528. The ATM Card of the above a/c was lost 6 month earlier. I informed to the Branch Manager Nalagarh to De-activate the above ATM card.

Since last 6 months i have applied many times to get New ATM card but computer does not accept it & showing existence of the previous issued ATM Card.

Kindly solicit the matter at earliest please as i am facing hardship please
