On 30.1.2010 morning I was trying to make a transaction through the ATM (SIAN00019505) at ATM counter attached to SBI, Tezpur Branch. I had inserted my card and had also punched the PIN number, but I could not proceed further due to some unknown reason. Hence I pressed "CANCEL" as well as "CLEAR" button and waited for a few minutes and left the ATM counter. But later while using another ATM counter (SICN00019501) at Triveni, Tezpur, I found out that an amount of Rs. 40, 000 (forty thousand) was shown debited from my saving account (N0. 10821583722). I have lodged a complaint (No. At303056123) at Dispur, SBI. On 25th Feb I visited SBI, Tezpur and I asked them for showing video recording of that particular moment of incident. They informed me that they will show me later. But afetr a few moment I received a strange SMS from BT-ATM. The content of the SMS is " Your complaint AT303056123 has been attended by the competent authority and hence is closed in the system. To get the details please contact the branch".
Now I am interested to see the video recording at that particular moment from which I am able to know the actual facts of the incident.
