User ID for prepaid cards checking

Sir,

We are providing security services in UP East and having about 3500 employees. Their payment is made through icici prepaid cards. We need user id so that our employee cards can be checked. For this a user id was provided by your cpsg team at lucknow. But it is now locked. Many requests were made to concerned person of icici cpsg team but no any action has yet been taken. Kindly advise action and do the needful done.
