Cheque
Give me an advice

I am a account holder of ANDHRA BANK.

I have dropped a cheque of rupees one lakh (100000/rs), after 5 days the cheque got cleared, which bank official's also stated the same.then i got my passbook printed and confirmed. on the same day i have withdrawn the amount.

Later on after 20 days the bank official had call'd me up and said a problem had occured and gave an explanation that the cheque had been rejected on the 2 day from the date of cheque deposited due to account closed.

Then may i know how come the cheque has been cleared after 5 days.

Here the most terrible thing is that the official person who had said that the cheque got cleared and later on as Not cleared, simply gave an explanation that they had lost the cheque and the return receipt after 25 days...
