Cheque not given back
Cheque return due to no grant but cheque has not been given back to me

We have presented chequeof Rs 5500000/- in Bank of Baroda Ahemdabad, on Gandhi Ashram road, but as threre was no Grant in goverenment cheque was return but bank has not given back our orignal cheque from last two months they are talking they are not giving satifaction and not giving our cheque back.
