About the transparency

I have sent several email to the [email protected] & [email protected], but there is no reply at all, I also registered a complain against them whose regd.no DCYA/E/00196 under public grievance cell govt of India through internet. I repeatedly requested them to held seminar for resolving all the issues. But there is no response at all.
