I saw an ad in Hindu dt, 03 May for mortgage loans @ 3% P.A, wondering i called the person at
09891263057. One person Abbay chauhan picked up the call and enquired him on the loan,
he said it is a mortgage loan and will be paid in 3 days @ 3% interest PA, i asked him the procedure and he said that i need to provide him the first page of the land document / ID proof and Lockin fees of Rs.8500, when i queried him for the number he gave me a fax number 011-25527430.Later he asked me to credit Rs.8500 to Beneficiary called SANJYA KUMAR / AXIS BANK /NEW DELHI / TILAK NAGAR / S/B Acc No - 910010008903924 IFS Code UTIB0000589, i transferred the same using my citibank online to the account using NEFT transfer on 03 May. Next day he called and asked me the fax number of mine, i gave my office fax number. In that letter there was my name, loan approval number, 20 Lacs Loan approved @ 3% Per Annum, signed by sanjya Kumar. There was also a registered number in the approval letter RBI/CFPL/P8519265886 and application number - CFPL/47.There was a agreement fees of Rs.45, 850 mentioned,
i called him and informed him to detect this amount from 20lac and provide me the remaining, he said you need to pay this from your own money, otherwise company will reject the loan. After much debate 05May i transferred Rs.45, 850. He said the next day their advocate will
start from Delhi to bangalore and reach chennai from there.
I was really happy at that moment until 07 May he called me and informed that i need to insure myself for 20 Lac's and company will own the insurance and will claim the money incase of any problems. He said i need to credit the amount on the same day and on 08th morning they will all come to chennai and handover their DD. According to him their advocate was in bangalore and he was in delhi.
After much debate and already lost 53K, i did the biggest mistake, trusted him one more time and made NEFT transfer on 07th may. On 8th morning i called him many times and he said he is waiting for flight tickets, On Sunday morning he again sent an SMS to me to remit Rs.30, 000 for advocate fees, i got tensed and called him immediately. He said if you are not able to transfer this money
get a solvency report from Sub Divisional Magistrate and send it to him by fax. I said during the final moment of disbursement why are you asking this money, he said without this the company will not process (or) pay Rs.30, 000. He also said the advocates will not come even after you
send the solvency and acted like he is supporting me on this. I believed him and transferred him this money on 11-May. After receiving the money he said he as blocked the tickets to chennai on Tuesday
night and he will reach chennai on wednesday morning (12-May) and call me at 8 AM. I got up and was waiting for him on 12-May and kept on calling his number, the phone was switched off and i can hear the voice mail indicating the cell coverage is still in Delhi only,
when i called the fax number, it is now answered by some market people and informing that there is no Abbay chauhan.
I immediately went to the local police station and made a complaint and they have asked me to file an FIR on 13-May at Cyber crime police station at chennai. They asked me to also send a mail to delhi police, so I am sending this mail to you.
Total - Rs.1, 26, 850 (all hard earned money spending 14 hours at work).

I dont know what are the next steps sir and within me deeply shocked and shakened. Please help to get my hard earned money sir.
