Not surrendering my deposit

I deposited an amount of Rs.5000, in xforex trading account and started doing demo trade. The accounts manager, Mr. Aashiq promised me to return the amount, if were not satisfied with the trading. After 2 weeks I heard no response from him. Meanwhile, a foreigner, is asking me submit some documents like debit card xerox, ID proof etc, even if I wanted to close my account. I don't know how to proceed. Pleas help me in this matter.
