Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that, in last 9 months, I have applied for Personal Loan at 7 different banks, and each time it has got declined. The reason cited by the credit officers of all these banks is that, my CIBIL report is bad, due to some 21000 outstanding shown against some credit card, showing closed in 2006.
Sir, this is just shocking and something damaging my reputation.
I do not have any outstanding against any Credit Card company, nor I am a defaulter.
Problem is that, the Credit Officers of all these banks, from where my personal loan applications have got declined, are expressing their inability to do anything at CIBIL and I do not have contact details or any knowhow or whereabouts of anybody at CIBIL whom I can escalate this issue.
After having lost all hopes from all quarters, I am forced to bring this to your kind notice ; and seek redresssal of my grievance.
Sir, I being a working class citizen, do keep needing Personal / Housing / Car loans, and I had infact availed Housing Loans and only one Credit Card in the past, but all of those have clear track record. This 21000 outstanding is showing against which card even I do not know (since the CIBIL report does not reveal that).
Request you to please, instruct CIBIL to solve this issue and clear my credit history.
