Citibank
Money transferred to others a/c through cheque without verifying the signature

Sir,

I have an a/c with citibank having a/c no:5027906817. On 20/3, Rs1500/- was transferred to others a/c through cheque no. 51271 which was not signed by me as I did not receive that cheque. When I called citibank customer care, they said that they will refund the money in my a/c. But as on 28/6, I have not received the money yet.
