Regarding Fund Transfe

I am Vijay Kumar, working for Tecnotree having CITI Bank account, Acct. No. 5966425808. On 12th July I transferred sum of amount Rs. 5, 000.00 (Five Thousands only) to Acct. NO. 337322045812 Syndicate Bank, Adoni (Andhra Pradesh). The amount has been debited from my account and not credited to the other account. Regarding the same I spoke to the CITI Bank Customer Care executive on 14th July and they had given me a Ref. No. 8978 saying that this issue will be settled on or before 23rd of July but it is not settled and on 24th July again I called the Customer Care executive (Divya) and detailed her and she update with the same reference number 8978 and informed me saying that she will confirm within two days but till now I didn’t receive any update from CITI Bank. Again, I raised a call regarding the same and the CITI Bank Customer Care executive said they will call back on 28th and let me know for the first time I received a call from CITI Bank Customer Care executive and asked for some more days and they promised me to transfer the amount to the benificary account before 5th August but the issue remains same.

Even I checked with the Syndicate Bank, Adoni (Andhra Pradesh) with the UTR.No. CITIN10021231708 provided by the CITI Bank they confirmed that the amount has not received.

Hence, I request you to please do the needful.
