Citibank
Payment made but still showing in CIBIL

Hi there,

I Ashwini S Bali have already paid the amount in full to citibank for the personal loan ther provided in the year 2005 . i had been to thier Eserve branch in Andheri (E), mahakali branch and paid the amount as informed by this bank however it is still showing in the CIBIL report and is affecting my credit report. For your reference the loan account number is 03LTAAN44156680.

Kindly look into the matter.
