This is Ashik Ali Shaikh. My Queries is yesterday 10-march around 8:30 pm I was trying to withdrawal rs. 1, 300/- from citi bank atm at chincholi bunder, link road, Malad (west), Mumbai. But there is shown unable to your process and i had not got any money from citi bank atm. And after some time i was go another axis bank atm so there is i was saw deducted already rs 1, 300/- from citi bank Atm. But i had not got any money that time from citi bank atm that time atm machine shown unable to process and how can you deducted my money. Please refund it. So this is my personally request to you please take action on this case. And please contact to me about this action. please informed to me as soon as possible.
