Sir, I taken home loan from Citi Bank Of Rs.528000/including Insurance Rs.28000/

For 12year period. My loan A/C No;119060.on. jan.

I close my account Aug.2009

Till today I have not recevied any policy Which co insured this loan.

After so many calls to coustmercare citi bank refund me only RS.5705.19p

So You are request please look in this matter & refund my balance amount after 3 yaer
