Bill Payment

I have made the bill payment online from citibank credit card for

TWO vodafone numbers 9739906124 and 9742266140

Below are the transaction details from the citibank card:

VODAFONE ESSAR SOUTH LTD 12/02 3020.00 003627604248 CTPH

VODAFONE ESSAR SOUTH LTD 12/02 247.00 003651051605 CTPH

This was not reflected till date; after a day as normally it should have been.

I called the customer care they say it is passed on the Vodafone. But Vodafone Customer care says it is not passed on to them. Same can be validated in my credit card statement as well.

I do not know if Citibank had not passed it to Vodafone or Vodafone has not reflected this properly.

Phone connection 9742266140 disconnected on 19-Feb and I made the payment to Vodafone again to start the phone connection.

Next on 19-Feb again asked the customer care to check; they told i will receive a call back.

Want to resolve this complaint soon.
