With reference to the below mail received from CITI FIANCIAL on 5th August wherein it has been clearly mentioned that the company has decided to extend my loan tenure to 2 years. And now they are regretting on their inability to act upon my request. I don't understand being a financial company why don't they understand a customers financial problem.
