I have taken a personal loan of Rs.170000/- from citi financial of which i received only 150000/- in hand.
I was told that Intt rate will be @24% p.a. but in the documents i received later it was mentioned @26.5% p.a. I was told i am not being given any policy as i do not want it but 9500/- was taken from my loan amount for a health insurance from royal sundaram which i was not informed of and also i do not need it as i already have two health claim covers. Even the policy details are not given to me neither the Citi financial representatives are aware of the terms of the policy and Chennei TTK refused that my policy is not updated in their records as they are not in receipt of any communication from citi people about the same. The big thing is i am paying Intt on this amt also for which no benefit is available to me. Now over and above these i have been asking repeatitively for the Loan payment schedule since 2 months but i am not receiving it. They also deny mailing it as it is not covered under their policy (which policy says not to mail an amortisation schedule to the person who has taken loan).
Y in every possible manner it is trying to take advantage for itself and giving mental torture. Every commitment or information given has been wrong and Y instead of being a financial help provider it is being a financial strain giver.
I want the redressal for the issues quoted above (Rate of intt, health policy amt, non-updation and non-receipt of loan payment schedule) on immediate basis.
