Co applicant with housing loan

I give the only 12 cheque of my bank of maharashtra a/c for my mothers hdfc home loan. but civil records shows i am co applicant of this loan actually my father co applicant of this loan . so i want to remove my name in civil records of co applicant because my personal loan reject this reason.
