COAL INDIA
No allotment of share and money is also not refunded

I had applied for the coal india IPO but i had not been allotted any share and also my money is not refunded till now.

so kindly i request that please allot me the shares as well as refund my balance amount with interest.

i hab already mail to the registerar of the comapny as well as Sebi for the same but i dont get any reply from them.
