I have applied 400 shares of Coal India Ltd ipo vide application No. - 25811975, and Rs. 98000/- was debited in my dena bank account, bharat nagar chowk, Ludhiana branch vide my saving bank a/c no.11551000668 but i have not alloted any shares due to mistake of Kotak Securities Ltd as they fill the wrong demat a/c no., so kindly request to issue me required no. of shares as my funds are lying with your goodself, i have not received the refund till date.

Please do the needful at the earliest and oblidge.
