Why should we pay extra 2-4 Rs on cold drinks?

Sir,

In our area there is a shop named as Asmat Milk center which also keep colddrinks. The guy always takes 2-4Rs extra than the mrp on cold drinks and when asked he says that it is cooling charges. I being a citizen and consumer of india think that this is not right. The shop's correct address is Asmat Milk Center, Sai Baba Building, New hall Road, Kurla (W), Mumbai - 70 and mine is 9/2nd floor, Happy Home C.H.S., New Hall Road Kurla (W), Mumbai - 70.
