I received a message at 02:11:11pm on 28-03, in which it has been stated that my mobile has won prize money of 500, 000 dollars from the coca-cola company for which i am very much astonished and it is very bad practice in the part of the sender and is very much regrettable and action has to be taken against the culprits. This is an action of playing games with the feelings of the civil personnel.
