Non updating of customer ledge

Sir,

We would like to bring it your notice that, the customer ledger of the CAN no showing arrears of Rs.80580/-, where as the water bills are paying regularly without any dues as on date. We submitted the xerox copies set payment mode details for referencing at HMWS &SB operation and maintenace Div. No. XV at Chanda Nagar on 03.01.11, but the next bill the same arrears received including bill.

Hence we request you to update the customer ledger of the CAN No: 615628474
