Dear Sir,
This is Manju from Devanahalli, Bangalore rural District, I have taken data entry job from a company named AAKS TECHNOLOGIES, with an agreement for the period of 10 months. And we have deposited Rs. 20000 as a enrollment charges. In the agreement they have clearely mentioned that the work would be given every month for the amount of 24000, and they have provided us a work order for just 3 months just for 10000 per month and now they are saying that there is no work as we are not getting orders. They are ready to refund the 20000. But we being depended on that work we are appointted 2 emplyees for the work. So we are in great trouble now. what action can we take against the company now. Please advice.
