I BADAM KRISHNA MURTHY SB 01003159 Branch GHCHIBOWLY, Corporation bank.
sir The bank gave me pass book wrong printed RTGS number SB01003 but RTGS number is SB01003159. Before Bank correction the RTGS Number i gave to my customer Mr T.Prashanth Kumar, ICICI Bank, Kharkhana Branch.
So The person Mr T.P Kumar Transfor amount 30000 (Thirty Thousand Rupees Only) on 17.08.2010 to SB01003 which i take from the bank. But tronfored payment is not received in my account because of wrong RTGS number.
The customer Mr T.P kumar Saying Fund Tronsfored successefully. So i went and compliant to my Branch corporation bank, Ghachibowly branch, The manager told me as we need mail (THIS IS THE REASON) from icici bank to corporation bank MUBAI
Then Afer i can solve.
i informed to my customer he also complaint to icici bank, The icici bank mailed to concern department they told we send mail to concern deportment, i asked my branch the manager told me not recevied, They take time 10 days but not solved the problume.
iam suffering with my strucked amount. This is my problume please solve my problume as soon as posiible.
