Frogery / Cheating with Client

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that from so many reminder i send even till know no action had been taken from your side. This is regarding your credit card Mediclam policies i talk to Mr. Dilip (Executive) Mobile no.-7965100118

He called me an inform me that their is an Mediclaim Policy which Premium is 5589/- will be deducted from your Credit card interest but your bank had deducted it from My Credit card (No.- 4346781008790347). But the things is that when i talk to your Executive That time my outstanding is Rs-10378.97 in which he suppose to be deducted Rs-3300/- but he actually deducted rs- 1350/-, He suppose to deduct Rs 3300, So I kindly Request you to please refund the money and cancelled the policy as soon as posible. I don't want any policy from your bank who cheats the clients, and i will also tell other peoples to that the bank is going to cheats the peoples.

Please revert my money as soon as possible.
