Hi,
I have applied for the personal loan through my standard charted credit card in standard charted bank and the sales person given me all the details like EMI, Interest, processing fee and taken my confirmation through IVR call and Told me that they will process request and tell me the status in 3 working days if approved within 7 working days i will recieve a cheque.
But After 15 days the bank has not responded again i called the customer care and enquired and bank told that it is rejected and they tried to inform me through mobile and i didnt pick the call. but i am damn sure that i didnt leave any call without responding and till date there is no defaulting case in any other bank also but bank is telling that it is rejected ..and now i cant apply for the loan for next 30 days in any of the banks because of this rejection.
So Time invested got wasted and the aftr a month the loan interest will increased ..Dont go for the Standard charted bank credit card based loan... it is fraud
Kindly any one suggest what can i do the bank and also applying the loan in another bank within that period...
Employees duplicate information and also no standard process followed lead to this big confusion...
Even For small offers the bank is sending mails /msgs /calls etc...
WHY CANT A BANK CAN REACH ME IN ANY OTHER MODE THAT MY LOAN IS REJECTED & ALSO THE MOBILE PROVIDER CANT PROVIDE THE MISSED CALL DETAIL... STILL WE ARE IN 1800s or BANK IS NOT TRANSPARENT (CHEATING BANK)
IF Mobile companies not able to give the missed call details ..then why banks having that as a confirmation... POOR BANKING SYSTEM AND MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDERS
