Dear Sir,
I am a senior class I govt. officer working with the govt. of MP since last 32yrs and confident that I never defaulted any loan or of credit card dues. Recently when I have applied for a house loan with the nationalized bank, I was surprised know that my cibil credit information report shows an outstanding credit card payment of Rs.2, 13, 712 and because of which my loan application was not accepted. The cibil report with the bank does not provide the name of the credit card issuing authority.
I have rechecked my all the previous account statement and I am sure that there is no such outstanding amount against me related to any credit card payment.
Such a wrong information not only causes me the financial loses but also damaged my reputation to a great extent of which I wanted to take a suitable legal action against all concerns. In absence of the details related to the card issuing authority, I am unable to proceed further in this regard.
My necessary details are as under:-
NAME – NRAPENDRA SHARMA
D.O.B – 30.03.1956
ADD. - E-47 M.I.G COLONY
INDORE (M.P)
I will be thankful if u would kindly provide me the necessary details as requested above.
Thanking you,
NRAPENDRA SHARMA
