In my parents were looted in scam by mr. C.R. Nair and wife Vijayalakshmi also called as Mani and Baby. They came in to contact of my retd. father through old family friend. C.R Nair and Vijayalkshmi made claims that they are working to rid poverty of peoples and have a scheme which is suited to old people from home. They also showed proof of their richness got from scheme and marry daughter off to foriegn.
Mr Nair promised he will make my father rich by getting 4000 rs each month if he give him rs 10, 500 for AMWAY program. Nair also said the money is for buying Amway paste, shampoo etc. which are of the best world quality which he will supply to my father for selling. My father who is pensioned from indian postal service borrow this amount from friend and gave to Nair. A few weeks later, Nair gave my father one tube of toothpaste, one small soap and some creams. He said my father will be taken to meeting of Amway and will enrolled to get regular items to sell. But nothing more was given and this Nair guy vanished. His mobile number is not reachable or does not exist. The landline number is in Kavalapaara is of some other family. When I call many times, a old man answers pretends not hear any voice clearly. Their home in Chandranagar is rented off.
When we contact AMWAY they dont know anything as no money from my father was given to them by Mr. C.R Nair. My father fall ill because of emotional stress and has been bed ridden since last year. The family friend who contact us with Nair and Vijayalkshmi say he also got duped. He heard Nair has flied to bangalore or dubai in gulf after duping many old peoples in around Palakkad and Thrissur.
Please help in finding C.R. Nair and getting my money back. I need for my father's treatment since I lost my welder job in Ras Al-khaimah due to leave to take care of my father. I am also filing a fraud case in consumer court if more people contact with me if affected by this. I also try to see if any TV channels will help in catching the frauds.
