Unauthorized use of debit card

Sir,

i have lost my debit card and some body who found it has done a marketing of Rs.15429/- . I want file a complaints against the owner of CROMA, because how they allow them (Unauthorized user of debit card)

to purchase some things without my signature verification and with my ID.
