There is a guy called abhinav Bardhan, He is one of the very know cheats. He cheats different companies and individuals by charging upfront and showing fake dreams.
he shows big payments on paper but never comes to existence.
He cheats by faking up as both Marketing and Client, so the access to both remains with him.
The Centre can never find that the client they are dealing with is not a client, but Mr Abhinav Bardhan and his team Members.
