Money withdrawal not done

Respected Sir.,

My dad used my Canara Bank ATM card bearing no - 4214 5812 2707 3916 in Dhanlaxmi Bank ATM machine on 24-04

at 10.19 AM in Thanthonimalai Karur for RS-10, 000/- but the transaction was declined with the response message as

" UNABLE TO DISENSE " and my account was detected by RS-10, 000/-.,

Then i have lodged a complaint with Canara bank Karur Branch.,

Please check your ATM details of Thanthonimalai in Karur at 10.19 AM on 24-04 and pass on the details to my concerned bank as early as possible and the maintaince of atm centre in Sungagte - Thanthonimalai Karur is in pathetic situation please improve the situation so the this kind of problem will not crop up.,
