Redumption of Shares

Refucing to Redumption of My Share of DaivajnaCredit Cooperative Society, by giving answer that, The party to whom you are given the Guarantee, has not paid the loan amount in full.

But the Same society has paid the Dividend amount to the person, to whom i have give guarantee for his loan.

Surprising matter is that, Loan availed by that person in the year and still today the said society has not sent any Notice to collect the balance loan amount.
