I am Nirmal Aggarwal, holder of Debenture Certificate worth Rs. 10000. The redemption of this debenture was to be done in the year 1998 but not even a single rupee has been given by the Company. Please tell us the procedure through which I can get my money back. Even if the Company is not able to repay, the Central Bank of India should sell the mortgaged property and repay the amount.
