Non repayment of FDR amount

SIR,

I had a FDR NO. 74158which matured on 28.03.1998.for Rs.13000/-. The company paid Rs.5000/-on27.05.1998.& promised to pay balance in due course of time.

Since than I have been sending them the request to pay my balance amt of Rs.8000/- together with intt thereon, every time they just issue a pre-printed letter that COMPANY

HAS GONE THROUGH A DEEP FINANCIAL CRISES, and my case shall be taken on compassionate basis.

But till date nothing has been done by them.

Kindly look into the matter
