DDA Refund

As per SMS received at my phone No - 9999381315 i'm asked to collect my refund (DD No - 953596) from ICICI Bank Green Park Delhi- 16 within 7 days i. e by 14th of may. You are requested to deposit the same draft / refund in my PNB sector - 18 Noida in my OD A/c No.3702009300027799, as i am not personally fit to collect the same by 14/5.

However if same is not possible i may be able to collect the same through an authorised person or collect personally subject to the advice of my doctor after 19/5 or by or before 01/06.
