Dear Concern,
I have been working with this company for 4 Months, the information that I have gathered is extremely shocking.
The owner of this company Mr. Vishal Gupta, who also owns Shyam and Jagdish store. Mr. Manan Chopra, president.
He is illegally operating a call centre called- Delhi Call which is a captive unit of VIPTELL, they provide services in Australia.
Total strength is Approx- 400.
Turnover:- 500 million dollar. (All back money).
Reasons of complaints:-
1. Illegally operating, no registration.
2. Fake process
3. Bad services
4. Extremely poor infrastructure
5. Worst employee relation. If a person took a leave for a day that person id fired. Or if a person doesn’t work he is fired.
6. Though they offer lucrative salary and incentive however they never pay on time and the incentive they will never come.
7. Full and final are pending 2006 till 2010.
8. Poor management and culture.
9. For Girls and woman- Never join this organization, abusing, sexual harassment is very common.
Would request you to kindly take serious action against this company.
Or else kindly suggest me how can shut this bull shit company.
Am is a outstaion, dont much about law and police. But do have 100 people who can support me and going through the toture.
