I got the Reliance Wi Max connection installed aprox 3 weeks ago and since day 1 I have been calling up the Customer Care related to the issues I am facing. There has not been a single person who has been able to fix the problem and the worst thing at the Customer Service is they would never let you talk to a Manager.

I am using a 2MBPS connection as per Reliance i should be getting a Download Speed of not less than 256 (1/8 of the connection speed) but i have never experienced even 40 KBPS speed. There are several other issues for which i have been calling then like 'Limited Connectivity etc, but they are all waste of time and do not expect them to provide a solution for the same.

I am highly frustrated after using the connection as I am not getting the services.
