I am S.P.Chowdhary, 46, from Visakhapatnam of Andhra Pradesh. I was working in the Non Governmental Organisations and unemployed for some days. During that period I have seen a Paper Advertisement from one Company namely DELTA India of New Delhi, in the local Daily, mentioned that Set up a paper plate and some other Small Scale Industries and gain 1500/- daily. There will be buy back agreement and training at our location.
I was attracted to that Advt and contacted them about the Paper Plate Plant. The contact person Mr Ajay who him self introduced as the proprietor of the Company.
On his advise I visited Delhi and went to his office, located at Karala. He told that for Semi Automatic Paper Plate Project it costs Rs 70000/- and I have to pay the down payment of Rs 45000/- .Rest of the Money can be paid from the profit of the business. I came back and I could arrange only Rs25000/- . Then I called Mr Ajay and told that I am unable to pay Rs 45000/-. If he agrees I can pay Rs 25000/- and the rest of the dues I can pay during the transaction of the Buisness. He agreed and asked to deposit Rs 25000/-.
I deposited Rs 25000/- in the ICICI Bank on 19.04.2010 in the Account Number 082805000076 at Visakhapatnam. After a long gap and multiple phone calls, he sent a small machine and some raw material which costs around 2, 500/- to 3000/- only. When I rang, he told that Paper Plate Machine is not available. This is Tube Choke Plant.and he added that I have to go to Delhi to take Training on making of Chokes. In the brochure, paper adv and before the payment he told that trainer will come to our house and give the training. Finally I knew that I was cheated by him. I was cheated by him for more than Rs 25000/- as I borrowed this money for an Interest.
I am here with giving you company address and Phone number. Kindly do the needful and see that more innocent people should not be cheated by like this fraud companies.
