The Deutsche Postbank Home Finance Ltd from which I availed a home loan 2 years back (File # HYB - 3053), is currently charging 11.75%.
When a request was made to reset the rates as the rates have come down and its also a floating rate, an offer has been been made to reset the rate but comes with processing fees for the same. This beats the very fundamental of having a floating rate loan.
Below is the offer and reset rate being offered which is very sad in my terms.
